- Flexible listener plan: a one-time introductory price of €0.99 per month for the first twelve months, then €5.99 per month; cancellable monthly. The introductory offer is tied to the verified account.
- Annual listener commitment: €0.79 per month with a twelve-month minimum term, billed monthly (€9.48 total during the minimum term). Then €5.99 per month, cancellable monthly with no renewed annual commitment.
- Flexible artist plan: €5.99 per month, cancellable monthly.
- Annual artist commitment: €3.99 per month with a twelve-month minimum term, billed monthly (€47.88 total during the minimum term). Then €5.99 per month, cancellable monthly with no renewed annual commitment.
- All prices include statutory VAT. Registration alone does not trigger payment. A contract is formed only after explicit confirmation in Stripe Checkout.
- Ordinary cancellation may be requested during the minimum term and takes effect no earlier than its end. Afterwards, monthly cancellation is available. Statutory withdrawal and extraordinary termination rights remain unaffected.
- Referrals: after confirmation, a personal link can be attributed server-side for 30 days; alternatively, a referral code may be entered before contracting. Attribution is fixed at the first qualifying, confirmed paid contract. Self-referrals and counting the same person more than once are excluded.
- Benefit: five active referred annual listener subscriptions OR two active referred paying artists waive a regularly paying artist's own fee while either condition remains met. The waiver applies to upcoming artist subscription invoices; it is not paid out retroactively. Free special accounts and referred artists whose fees are currently waived do not count as paying referrals. Refunds, payment disputes, payment problems and contract termination can end eligibility.
- Documented Founder, operator, Early Artist and existing subscriber rights are retained. Existing subscriptions are not automatically switched to a new plan. The benefit does not change a minimum term or create a new annual commitment.
- Active artist accounts include the ZEMIVO Premium web player and app at no extra charge. Stripe processes payment and invoice details; ZEMIVO does not store complete card or bank details.
